My wife and I purchased a new vehicle in January. Dan Vickery was very pleasant to work with and made it an enjoyable experience. A week after having the car we realize it was missing two features that were standard for the SX model. A quick search online revealed it was common issue and just needed to be reprogrammed at the dealership. I made an appointment the following week and showed the service advisor the service bulletin and steps on how to fix the issue.
