if you need to schedule a service at Safford, schedule at Safford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and not Safford Kia. I made an appointment at Safford Kia and I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I explained that just the day before I had 2 flats (construction going on near my house) due to nails. I got both tires plugged and after leaving realised the one tire was low on air and asked that they fill it. I am not disappointed that they didn't, even though they said they would, what gets me is that they put on the paperwork ... read more
