Whatever the problem, they always take care of if with a smile n very accommodating. Whether it’s a scheduled appointment or not. Twice this week I went into the service dept, without an appt n spoke with Matt regarding a tire problem n he took care of it for me. He never gave me a look like I was putting him out. they are the absolute worst people to deal with. 2 weeks ago i turned in my leased vehicle & they STILL cannot produce paperwork. everyone is giving me the run around there. they said they cannot give us paperwork because they still have dealer agreements to work out. so how are you selling vehicles then & producing paperwork for those vehicles? HORRIBLE BUSINESS & terrible employees as well.
