I went in for service on my 2013 Kia Optima SXL on 9/27/2017 and had a awesome experience. Matt my service advisor was great!
Took a car to have the airbag light turned off. They hooked it up to the scanner and said it needed a 700 dollar part in the seat. Still didn't turn the light off, hooked it back up to the scanner and said it needed another 500 dollar part. Each time charging a diagnostic charge. Paid them $1500 plus only to find out they broke my hood cable, the bad thing is the tech took it apart and the service dept. didn't even inform me about it. I wouldn't let these jokers put AIR in my bicycle tire.
First, the salesperson had no clue about what was in his inventory. He claimed that there were no Kia Niro EX's in stock until my wife pointed it out to him. Second, he quoted me a price that was $1,000 above the internet sales price. Finally, after I gave him a chance to beat an offer that I received from another Kia dealer, he claimed that he would be losing money- which was BS, as I was able to buy the exact same car at Dulles Kia today- for $2,000 less! Chris at Dulles Kia would like to thank Sergio for his commission.
