DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. My mother and I both got 2019 Jee Grand Cherokees and BOTH of our vehicles have had nothing but problems. The radio goes out , the AC went out on my vehicle with less than 6,000 miles on it, there have been multiple other issues. Not only that, no one will call you back. No one will pick up the phone. If you want something done you have to go in there. We have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and I can assure you this will be our last.

RecommendedMy Service Manager is Martha Lewis. She ALWAYS tells me the truth about ant issue I am having. She never tries to upsell me on something that is not needed. I have TOTAL confidence in her advice. She is by far the best service manager I have ever been too. in fact, when Martha is not there. the rest of the Service Team steps up and provides me the same great service. Safford Dodge, Ram, Jeep in Fredericksburg is the best. THANKS MARTHA!!

My car associates had good customer service. I don’t like car dealerships but they made the process not as painful. The process went too smooth because I wanted to just price but end up buying. However, my wife and found out after the purchase the model and year Jeep that we brought Grad Cherokee 2016 didn’t have Apple CarPlay and that was one of the haves.
