RecommendedNormally service is ok. The last time I was there on the other hand was not as pleasant. Found out that since my ram 1500 originated out of Canada,Chrysler does not honor any factory warranty unless it originates in U.S.( on any vehicle)Then I had previously had a check engine light on and they weren’t sure they could pull the diagnostic code but were kind enough and willing to charge me $176 for the test. RecommendedThey took care of my daughter and made car safe. Didn’t realized all four tires were shot due to misalignment. Kids don’t tell parent if car is acting weird due to inexperience. Stafford technician saw car was not safe to drive. They even help with keeping cost down. Regards, Jeff
