I think the Managers and the staff are professional, polite and caring. The 2 hour wait that I while having my Jeep serviced went smoothly and quickly. I was kept abreast of the services being performed. The remodeled customer lounge was welcoming. Missed the hot popcorn though.

All of the staff is more than willing to go out of their way to make sure you are happy, and leaving with exactly what you wanted. My latest dealings were with sales associate Steve Reeder, and by far he has been the absolute best!!! So if you are contemplating getting a new car from here... stop! Just go see Steve and watch the magic.
