RecommendedNot very organized. I made an appointment or four days ahead of time it still took them two hours to do an oil change. Then the oil sticker wasn’t right, and it still isn’t right they put the same date and the mileage that I brought it in on. Then had it redone still had the same date and 7000 miles out for an oil change really? Somebody needs to review their protocol. Somebody needs to actually ask the customer how often do you change your oil and why.

Keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I have had it in for service on my radio and the service department kept me fully updated on when the new one would arrive. And the progress of getting installed.
Stafford Dodge employees are fast and efficient to complete the repairs on my vehichle
RecommendedGPS wasn’t working properly and I had Safford Jeep fix it. Checked it on way home and it stopped me in front of my driveway. Safford was fast, listened to my problem, and solved it !!
