Recommended1st off I don't like car shopping at all, rather have a root canal with no anesthesia. Brett Jones was the nicest salesman I've dealt with. He had the right level information on jeeps I was looking at and wasn't twisting my arm, we just talked about what was right for me and my wife. Martha my service agent kept me informed throughout the process of my 2014 Ram Ecodiesel being repaired which was not a small job. The engine had to be replaced. She kept me informed of progress and took care of me punctually.
