RecommendedThe staff is friendly. But they need to work quality control. I have yet to leave there on the first try. This time they had to drive my Renegade back to the garage a third time to get it right. Not really a concern, most Chrysler dealers I have been too are the same. I have owned 4 Jeeps over the last 20 years. So I am used to the sloppy attention to the details. I don’t drive off until I have thoroughly inspected my Jeep.
Was charged $369 to assess what another Dodge dealership already assessed for free. Also, estimate of repairs was excessive so I took my vehicle to another shop for service. The service rep was nice but based on the changes I will never go to Safford for service or to buy a vehicle.
