I went today to try and order a cake for my son’s birthday the baker who was there was really rude. I had stated I wanted to order a cake for my sons birthday tomorrow because they usually do 24 hours in advance and once I mentioned that she was really rude and said she can’t make a cake for tomorrow that she is very busy. I understand work places get busy but please have decent customer service and be respectful to your customers.
I have ordered twice now from the safeway bakery and I don't know what is going on with staffing or management, but the communication between them and customers is highly poor. I ordered 3 cases of doughnuts a week before I needed to pick them up. The morning I arrived the worker had to tell me they didn't complete the order, no call or notice.
