Long time regular customer taking my $$ elsewhere... Lay offs = no customer service & ridiculous lines.
I was there yesterday about 3-3:30........ ONLY Two checkers??!! The lines were backed up to the meat dept!!! NOT GOOD!!! �
My wife went to the bakery at the Rohnert park Safeway for some garlic bread, they were out. My wife asked the (first problem) 17 year old working the bakery, if she could put some to get her for her, she said no she's only 17 and filling in for a break. Second problem she said NO to a customer and told her they will have some tomorrow. if she is not of legal age what is she doing in the bakery.
Why is the store in RP so understaffed, there always seems to be a shortage of checkers, at 10:00 AM on a Saturday you should have more than one open when there are 8 people with carts in line, also Deli takes forever to get help. This is a constant issue....I'll go somewhere else where I am not taken for granted
