WHAT THE HELL happened to Safeway Rohnert Park? Do kids now ride their bikes in the aisles and drop their bikes when they see the item they are looking for? A lady and I were trying to tell all 5 of them that they need to lock them up outside. OH MY GOSH....one kid said they lost the keys, another got heated and said the guy saw us and didn't say anything. Another said, weve done this before! We tried to explain to them that an elderly gentleman was telling the butcher that if they don't do something, he's done with Safeway!... read more
I have been shopping at the Rohnert Park store 8+ years. Yesterday my worse experience ever, they only had 3 lines open and one was 15 items or less. I waited in the checkout for a 1/2 hour. The lines were half way down the isles. Unbelievable!
I have lived here 40 years shopped in this store for over 30. I am done. This store has slowly declined over the last few years. No staff which equals horrible customer service. I remember when it was an honor for kids to get hired at the local Safeway . Now it's just a joke.
Love the pastries... They are so fresh and delicious... Every isle is very neat and in order... Very easy to shop... That was my 1st time there but not my last!! Thanks!!
Absolutely worst Safeway I've ever been in! The lines are extremely long, each one was halfway down the aisles. The checkers weren't friendly & barely acknowledged me. I've been to this store several times & each time it's been this way. The first time I thought maybe it was just a busy day, but no, that's just the way it is. Whoever the store manager is, they should be ashamed
1 regular checkout lane open at 4:30? Really, Safeway? It's not as if you are the only grocery store in town.
