I highly recommend using Safeware. My laptop unfortunately stopped working in the middle of the semester of college, and they were very responsive and helped me with everything I needed. If you are in college and need a insurance company for your laptop, definitely consider Safeware!!
I highly recommend using Safeware! We bought our son's laptop at college and we were offered to buy Safeware. So glad we did. Our son submitted a claim for his laptop loss. Darielle helped us with the entire process. She made it stressfree and she was very responsive. We were so pleased with her and her excellent service. Thankfully I purchased an extended warranty from Safeware. I filed a claim on the piece of furniture the warranty covered and the claim was denied. I questioned the decision and within one day I was contacted by the Senior Operations Manager, Solutions Center, Mr. Matthew Morris, who researches my claim and came to a resolution. Not many companies would work to make the customer happy but in this case, within one day, my issue was resolved. I am very happy with the prompt and efficient way Safeware handled this matter.
We bought a warranty on our washer and dryer. Our dryer started to make a horrible screeching sound and at first they refused to come out saying it wasn't enough for a claim. I held up the phone and they agreed to service the dryer. They were out within 2 days and all went well. Now our washer stopped draining and we have been dealing with the issue for 2 weeks.
