Good location, lots of parking excellent instructors. Very patient and experienced. Lots to learn. We are all busy but I suggest going in as opposed to just doing the online recertification. OneNote for people taking it in San Francisco: bring your lunch, there is nothing around there.

Rasheed was awesome! Having taken many BLS courses over the years I dread a boring instructor with little hands on experience. This was the complete opposite! Rasheed is a very seasoned medic with real hands on experience. He doesn't try to impress the class with stories making it drag on! His military and civilian experience sets him above the rest. I highly recommend taking his class!
