As an educator, I have to get recertification in first aid and CPR every two years. This was literally the 12th time I had to take this course and I actually learned some things this time around (the last few times I had other private instructors not from STS and had felt like a zombie going thru the motions and learned nothing new)! Class was great. Instructor Natlyn was awesome. I left the class feeling secure with my training she explained everything in great detail.
Excellent instructor and reasonably priced. Lots of free street parking and accessible to 280/101. Evening classes on weekdays is a big plus. As a health care provider, I found the class most helpful for explaining the 'why' of certain procedures.
Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Instructor had a cool accent too :-)
I really enjoyed this class! The instructor (Michael Nguyen) kept it interesting so it was not dull like I had expected it to be!
The course was great and Tomas is an amazing instructor. I recommend to everyone around San Francisco to do the course with him.
Michael was down-to-earth very knowledgeable and professional!
Blanca was great.....very detailed, direct & didnt waste no time. Highly recommend if you need to renew your BLS.
