The CPR course was excellent; the presentation was great. I liked the video followed by discussion, plus hands on practice with each segment. The scenario with team work made it easy to learn the roles of each team member and how to work together. John was efficient with all aspects and we were out and enjoying the city by 12:30.
Our instructor Chantal was amazing. Very clear and concise. Made sure we understood what was expected and corrected any thing that needed to be. We all know our stuff and that's thanks to Chantal.
Superb course and made fun by our fabulous trainer - learnt lots and very hands on - I feel I'm up to date with some crucial life skills
First Aid/CPR certified once again...it has been a while since I've been in a classroom butTrainer was real good glad to have my card once again
