very disappointed we went Monday it was overcrowded one of the jacuzzi was not working the other one was cold in the steam room has maybe about more than 14 woman so much for social distance there has no coffee no water no plastic bags no shavears when you address the crew they start yelling and being rude we bought several packages I don't know what we're going to do with them I feel bad to give it to other people I hope they going to make some changes because it's a nice place but it needs a lot more to be improved for exa... read more
the food at brunch was great and front desk staff at hotel was great. spa services were fantastic and Scott was an excellent masseuse. however if you stay at the hotel go through your room 3 times before you leave because not only will they not bother to turn in forgotten items or try to track you down in my case they'll ignore or avoid calls for over a week...I left a necklace on accident of course and after a week plus of calling daily leaving messages for head of housekeeping and whoever else I finally got an amazing woma... read more
Excellent service and great buffet, lots of choices and all very tasty.
About to go get my spa services what’s available is great and I love it so far. As for the dining it’s vomit worthy. Don’t waste your money! Dry old overcooked just gross. Go across the street to the bar fly their food is amazing!
DeSean is the best... he was gentle with just the right amount of pressure... the massage was great... 😌
