RecommendedThe fun day spa day is a fantastic option for a great day of pampering. we had a spa service, lunch and enjoyed all the amenities on a beautiful spring day. The facial by Helene was magnificent and Miriam gave a fabulous massage. I highly recommend a day here!

I cannot even get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve called and left voicemails for over a week and no one returns your phone calls. I guess I’ll be booking my spa days else where because this is very unprofessional and frustrating

Just arrived here and the hotel room is disgusting. Hair on the bathroom walls. Bathroom floor is dirty. Went to the front desk she offered to down grade my room with no compensation. Called Wyndham Customer Service spoke with Account Supervisor German id number 73787 and he basically said there’s nothing they can do. They weren’t even willing to compensate my points or compensate me for the night. This is disappointing and I will be talking to Silvia the manager in the morning. This is ridiculous. Services were PERFECT! Food was great! Room and resort were beautiful!
My husband and I got married here on March 7th, 2021 and we are so happy we decided on Safety Harbor Resort & Spa! The moment we met Maria we knew we just found our venue. She spent two and a half hours showing us around, and answered all of our questions. After we signed our contract her professionalism and kindness never left, she made the process so easy and smooth.
