Great place for meetings, food was good and there were no un-planned interruptions. I look forward to more meeting at this loxation
We went as a birthday present to ourselves. The body wrap was nice the massage was nice very disappointed in the room no heat the service and Hospitality was very uncomfortable and rude called maintenance to come fix the heat never showed the bathrooms were dirty and the beds we're very dusty. Don't know if it was dust or skin shavings could not get anyone to help us around a little. The website lead you on to certain things but when you get there it's not the same.
I can’t. Three times I asked for my hotel receipt. It is crazy I stayed there for a convention and apparently the night guy cant print one and the rest of the staff have problems using email!! It is old and the first day the staff who worked their could not give directions. I would not go back.
We had our wedding at the spa on 09.30.17. I cannot tell you how easy it was to plan a wedding at this venue. Jenna R was absolutely amazing and she is so good at what she does. Nothing went wrong because of her. She made the process easy and painless. The spa was the perfect venue � thank you!!
There was plenty to do. Third Friday festival in safety harbor. Went to the pool this pm.(Sat) Breakfast and dinner at the hotel was fabulous. The spa perfect day was really a perfect day last Thursday. Today there was a car show in town. Jay loved it.
Somehow, the masues missed my appointment, Olga came from behind the spa desk to personally give me a massage. Above and beyond customer service. Front desk staff was friendly. Wait staff was on point!! Whirlpool was nice and hot. Food---ahh okay. Overall, a pleasant anniversary get a way.
Just had my daughters wedding there. Facility, Jenna, and all staff were superb. All guests loved the facility and the services in its entirety. For me as the brides mother, safety harbor made my life easy. They took care of us and guests as if it were their wedding. Our guests have us a 5 Star because of what safety harbor is, did, and allowed for my daughter’s wedding. Thanks to Jenna and all of the staff who assisted. Would do it again all over! Ronica
