Terrible management. Employees seem very unhappy. It could be so much better. The man with the white hair was very rude to his employees and unprofessional.
Was here last week for 4 days and overall was quite pleased. The staff was awesome, especially the restaurant staff at all three dining areas and the bar. I didn't get a chance to use the services but the pools and spa areas were great. The only thing I was disappointed in was our room. We paid extra for the Athena tower with balcony and it really needs to be upgraded, especially for what we paid. The shower was particularly old and needed new fixtures. Im writing to you about my experience with the facilities on 1/9/18. I had purchased gift cards for mani/pedi’s and lunch for 3 other guests and myself. We had made reservations for lunch at 11:30 and then spa services for 12:30. We arrived to the facility and entered to the dining room. We were told we needed to go downstairs to check in and pay first. I have never had a service that I had to pay before I received it. Top notch resort and spa. Fantastic amenities. Heated outdoor lap pool with pool temp very comfortable in contrast with the brisk weather. I enjoyed breakfast lox and bagels and all of the team meals and snacks. A real treat!
