Very disappointed with the booking experience at the Spa! For about an hour I tried to schedule 4 massages at the same time ( BTW 4 spots were available) for girlfriends party get together, was ready to take any available massage service for coming Saturday, but had to call back numerous number of times just because after talking to Jenny , she would transfer me somewhere , where the call would keep ringing and ringing , after 5 minutes of wait I would call again , and the same would repeat again. Not a good experience. Terrible food, awful service. I would not call this a resort. Won’t be back
Had dinner this evening with my parents and sister and the inside of the restaurant only had about 6 tables occupied. Our server was extremely slow, about 15 minutes for any requests you may have to make it to the table. Three out of the four meals were overcooked. We almost left prior to ordering our meals because of the lack of service.
We were just there shooting the Miss Latina Tampa Pageant event! This is our fav getaway and we booked it as soon as we learned the event was going to be there! We love your staff too! Thank you for a great weekend!

Had the best salads Louise was great server and good bartender will be back just move to town love this spot
I took my family to Mothers Day brunch yesterday and it was horrible! I was in a room that looked like a prison cell. No windows filthy dirty just horrible! I had to bus my on table! The table was so small our plates didn’t even fit on it! The food was horrible! I spent close to $300.00 for 4 people. Never again!!! Don’t go there ever!
