I went there for my daughters 30 birthday we had 6 in our group everyone was very polite and I so love loved my spa massage Jeff was awesome sure hated to leave the staff was also awsome
Did not cancel a reservation as their own email stated they would resulting in double the cost being held from bank account. Got the room reservation wrong, should have been a balcony. Manager on duty says she is not authorized to fix it. Would not recommend due to incompetence and apathy towards the guests. Door guy was awesome though.
Didn’t have a good reception at 12:30 am. A key had been was requested for me by my travel partner, but wasn’t available. I had the room number, name on the room, two suitcases and was willing to go myself I was told it was against policy to let me go up. I had to wake my travel partner to come get me from the lobby.
Had my daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception here about 2 and a half years ago and was so happy with every aspect of it that when we needed a place to do my son and daughter-in-law's wedding rehearsal dinner there was no question about where we would have it. I cannot say enough about Maria Touloumis. She is accommodating. She looks at the needs of the client. She does not push you to do something you do not want to and I love her for that. My sisters wedding was this weekend and it was so well handled. Thank you Jenna for everything you did!
The spa was great, massage therapy was wonderful, facilities were nice and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. Our room was on the first floor directly across from housekeeping and it was like sleeping in a laundromat. The chaise lounge on the patio was ripped and the paint on the patio railing was chipped and there was some rust forming. I would go back for a massage or other spa services, but I would not stay overnight again.
Our stay was amazing even if for only one night. The room was super clean and the front desk staff was super friendly. We plan on going back to visit again in the future.
