Great staff! The Spa staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional! Loved all of the amenities that came with the spa package! My only negative comment is my 50 minute massage was only 40 minutes.

An amazing wedding venue! Maria and the team at Safety Harbor Resort and Spa really take care of you. They have several beautiful wedding ceremony options and lovely reception halls. Maria really knows her stuff, she works with what you can afford plus gives great advice with all of her event planning experience making this an affordable wedding option, but at a quality space. I highly recommend thus spa to other couples.

My company recently had their Holiday party here in the Desoto Ballroom and we had a fabulous time. The food was out of this world and I received many compliments from our staff that they really enjoyed the atmosphere and amenities that were offered during our one night stay. Leave all your worries behind and let the Catering Department take control of your event. You will be happy you did, like me!! Thank you everyone for making it a special event for us.
The spa has the worst customer service I have ever received in the hospitality industry. I am surprised they are so worried about managing there risk for repurchased services they completely lack customer service. This probably why they have so many financial problems in the past.

Had my wedding here a few weeks ago and I’m so glad my mom found this venue for me. The entire staff was so accommodating on my wedding day and even on the days prior when I was stopping by. Thai was my coordinator who came from another resort about halfway through my engagement and I would have had no idea that she recently joined Safety Harbor- She was fantastic to work with and was on top of EVERYTHING. I literally had no idea what I was doing and she helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend this venue!
