Our massages were lovely and our pedicures were lovely but they messed up our time and we had to wait for 45 mins for our scheduled massage. No apologies. The girl at the desk even acted like we were lying about the time of our scheduled massages. Nothing special was offered to us while we waited. While receiving the massages we heard banging and loud talking of people walking outside our massage room. it's is my first time there. The SPAs staff were amazing. great service and the food was delicious.
My adult daughters and me had pedicures and I had a facial. Loved it. The waters were great and friendly people. Relaxing day.
great place for family to have a great time
Absolutely love the spa and loved my first time staying at the resort for a weekend away. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a nice birthday dinner. My only complaint is that while the staff is diligent, unlike what was told prior to arriving, there is NO enforcement or even encouragement of masks in common areas. My fiance and I were among only a handful making an effort to do so. I might have rethought a vacation in the midst of all this had I known how lax the safety protocols were.
