Frank came on time with upfront notification. Review the broken spring and negotiate price and plan. Did not have correct springs but try a mix and match. Failed so have to go get a matching one. Re try then go get another pair. Try the last pair , not perfect counter balancing but close enough. Learning on the job. However, always smiling and try to make customer happy. Recommended

Called late in the day for service and Safety Garage Door Repair was able to respond the very next morning! They diagnosed and replaced my 20 year old LiftMaster box, programmed my clickers and installed a new external code panel in no time flat. Happy with response time and the service!!!

My garage door issue: loud and squeaky, so loud I had anxiety for several months thinking one day it was going to misalign from the track and land on a new car I recently purchased. The weight of the door was heavy, no MORE tension of door existed, so all the weight was putting lots of pressure on the motor of the opener.
