Fantastic service all around. Our garage door spring snapped so I reached out to them via their website and got a call back within 5 minutes. They sent Alex to repair the issues. He was super nice and very professional. Our garage door system is very old so he suggested we replace the bearings as well since they were worn out. In about an hour, he replaced the broken spring with two springs ($600$) and replaced the bearings ($150). He also replaced our broken door button for free. Excellent service!!! I called late afternoon (~4PM), Adam arrived an hour later, we reviewed the garage door issue(s) which was (aside from a 25+ year old door that would not close), involved 4 broken door brackets, and was badly out of balance. After replacing brackets, lubricating all joints & rollers, and precision balancing of the door by adjusting all springs & return cables, it is working flawlessly without the sqeals, groans, snapping, & general major resistance to opening/closing (which it had stopped doing).
