Took my husbands truck in for a new windshield to the Fairfield shop. my appt was at 8:00 am I was out by 9 am. Very professional, on time, vacuumed and cleaned all the windows inside and out. Very Satisfied will refer to other folks
Had my windshield replaced, however the technician didn't properly seal it. Discovered this weeks later when I went to the car wash and got soaked driving through!� Called them and they were prompt in coming out to repair. It took 3 technicians to repair. Now a month or so later, I'm back at the car wash, anxiously watching but hopeful that I won't get soaked again. Well, I didn't get soaked this time, however now the passenger side of my car is leaking!
Fairfield locations gets it done. I had an appointment scheduled. When I arrived the system showed the wrong window on their end that was being replaced. I showed them my email confirmation and let them know my family was leaving for WA that night. They had my glass brought down from Sacramento and completed the work a few hours later. That is great customer service.
They were quick polite and i recommend them over any window place...they do quality work!! Ty safelite!!!
These guys are busy! With the mess our roads are in I'm not really surprised. They had brought in a team from Texas to help them get caught up. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours. Not bad considering the waiting room was packed when I got there. They're quick efficient and polite.
Quick and Easy. Although they said it may take 90min. The window replacement was completed in 30 min.
Great service from start to finish.
