Safelite tech Kenan did a professional window installation. Friendly and courteous. Vacuum shattered glass and cleaned all windows. Tested power windows and installed new window blades. Fast & efficient. Would recommend Safelite.

Safelite AutoGlass did the job! The staff in the office took care of me immediately with a smile and helpful manner. I was hoping that the window could be repaired and not replaced, but the technician explained that the break wouldn’t be safe and I needed to replace the windshield. The waiting room was clean, they provided coffee and magazines to while away the time while I was waiting. My car was clean when they returned it. I hope I never have a broken windshield agin, but if I do, I will return to Safelite in Fairfield.
I never respond to these things and never recommend anybody. This is different. Safelite really stepped up on this. They bent over backwards to satisfy me and fix the problem. Most business these days look for ways to not warranty their product. They always look for an out, something that voids the warranty. Not Safelite. They actually offered to and looked for a way to cover my repair under warranty. And they did just that. Honestly we need more business like this one.
