EXTREMELY happy with the mobile windshield replacement. I appreciated the ability to schedule online as well as the text letting me know the ETA. My technician, Anthony, was professional, quick and courteous. After the replacement he wiped all my windows down, vacuumed and even gave my dog a treat! I applaud your above-and-beyond customer service. I will absolutely be referring your services to others!
Thank you Safelite for the impecable service. I had a giant chip in my windshield (dang rock!!) and was terrified it was going to crack the winshield we JUST replaced. We pulled up, went inside, and they fixed it in 10 minutes. AND while we waited I helped myself to a cup of coffee and my kiddo read all the books. The employees were friendly and efficient. Definitely recomend these glass guys :)
I set a 9:00 appointment for Saturday. I was replacing my windshield and they got me in on time. They said it would take 90 minutes. They were done in less than an hour.
This was my 3rd time in after a full replacement and after making an appointment on the fly they got me in and out with a clear windshield. The whole staff is awesome!
My insurance company made the appointment on a Sunday afternoon for Monday morning. Zach helped me as soon as I arrived. The repair took less than 30 minutes and seems well done. Nice waiting area. They even cleaned all the windows and vacuumed the carpet. Zach was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. A great experience!
I got 2 chips this afternoon while driving to the grocery store I called and they got me in by the time I got there and had me out in 30min. Great customer service.
