I went in to the greely location to get a chip repaired. When I got my vehicle back, the tech told me he also repaired another chip he thought might give me a problem in the future. He stated it cracked when he tried to repair it, but that it filled it. I DID NOT ASK FOR SAFELITE TO REPAIR THIS TINY MINUSCULE CHIP. I had a windshield repair done on 3/16. after the initial repair I called to see if the tech had to leave and was coming back. He worked on it twice and it looks the same. the first time one of the 2 chips was completely overlooked. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
They were great. On time, pleasant and quick.
I had taken my car in for a chip repair. I was told to put clear finger nail polish on a chip if I got another one so this is what I did. when I went in to get it repaired I was told they couldnt repair it now because I had done that. The receptionist lady is the one who told me that. No technician looked at it. She was very rude and not a nice person! Took it to glass doctor today. They fixed the chip and on top of that they didnt even charge me! They were so nice! Glass Doctor will get my business! I am done with Safelite!

Great service, easy, friendly, good prices, never had an issue. Just had 2 more vehicles done last week. Honestly I would be shocked if people used another company :)
We waited for a month to try to get a side window replaced in our older 4 runner and finally gave up. We tried to contact them many times to check on the window and never could get them to call us back. When we called the Greeley number our call was routed all over the U.S. anywhere from Louisiana to California but never could reach Greeley. When we went to Greeley and asked we were assured they would call us back about the status of the window but no one ever did. It was a very frustrating experience.
