****** and ***** came out 12/22/21. They were personable and VERY knowledgeable about the system! They looked at my system and explained what needed to be done. I end up having black mold and ****** and ***** took great care of removing it using their sanitizer in the ducts. My entire system is now clean along with my dryer vent! Im above cloud nine with happiness and great full that my daughter and I will be breathing better and cleaner air! You will not be disappointed scheduling a service call with this company!

There is no reason to leave multiple voicemails at any given time. This happened multiple times from the office. People work and cant stop and answer a call or even take this survey. It gets to be more than annoying. ******* and ***** did a fine job. They did forget to turn heat back on before leaving but ******* had shown me how so an easy fix.
Garret and ***** did a great job. Very polite and knowledgeable. Would use Air Duct Drs. again. Also would recommend to family and friends.
