Excellent service absolutely no complaints, ***** worked with me and my schedule. ***** answered all my questions with detailed answers called when they said they would showed up on time. My Duct work was not real dirty but I can definitely tell a difference between before and after I definitely recommend this company for all Duct Cleaning service do not let the Coupon scar you. I highly recommend to anyone who have Allergies like me . Thank you again Safe Air great job.

They charge for 2nd lines that they are saying is a main line. I’ve had three company’s out that say they are not main line and also the mark up that they do is nuts. They charge for more vents even tho their aren’t any!

SafeAir Duct Care is a single focused company specializing only in duct work cleaning and are certified by the ****** A mainline is defined by the cleaning process needed (which differs from vent cleaning also done) and the count is determined by those lines that have to be cleaned "individually". From initial contact with ***** until the job was finished by ******* and ****** could not be more pleased. Friendly, accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The job took longer than expected and the two young men were working until 10pm, without complaint or a change in attitude. Contacted business regarding AdPages advertisement stating $35.95 duct cleaning and free dryer vent cleaning. Upon the "particulars" in the add, my personal estimate (with add-ons) would have been $106. Called to arrange for estimate and was told it would require a technician visit. Trip charge of $25 required if work was not done. Set appointment and was called back to reschedule due to a company conflict in times. Was told that upon estimate work could be done immediately. The estimate was not as high as stated for the cleaning and even lower without optional services we offer.
