Horrible ***************** Do not go with this company. They tell you one price on the phone and double the price when they get to your home.

I'm not sure what transpired with your appointment and apologize if it was not what you expected. I assure you estimates are never given over the phone for this and many reasons that cannot be determined without physical eyes on each system. Any costs discussed or indication of such, would have been the published nation average according to www.NADCA.com (National Air Duct Cleaning Association, the authority in this industry). I had a scheduled appointment for 6/29/24 between the hours of 11a-2p. I received a call at 1:06p stating that the appointment time would be closer to 2p. My response was that is fine, thank you for letting us know. At 2:26p (after 2p) I missed a call. I returned the call in what I considered in a timely fashion at 2:29p to be informed that the company was having vehicle issues and were going to shut down for the day, so therefore I would need to reschedule. The person on the phone provided us an estimate of around $400. When they arrived, the estimate became $1200. I would expect any company to provide a closer estimate of the cost of their services. They need a better process upfront so consumers have appropriate expectations of the work. Asking more questions when someone asks about the costs would of prevented the hassle we had to deal with this morning. If this is how the company operates (low ball estimates), then I would not do business with them.

If you want the BEST and friendliest this is the company to call for your vent cleaning!! They came in and did their job and cleaned up any messes. They were GREAT! I got their name from BBB. They gave me the price right up front after looking at my vents. Safe Air you really need to keep the 2 technicians, they worked as a team.

A technician arrived to my home and asked me how did I hear about their company. I said, "from a flyer in the mail." He asked me to provide the flyer. I said, "Give me a minute to find the flyer." He then asked me, "Why did you call us?" I said, "I would like to get an estimate on cleaning my airducts". He asked me, "Are you planning to get thevwork done today?" Your team was very informative of what they were going to do and showed us before and after pictures of our ducts. They were very polite and focused on their work. They found mold inside of our furnace door plate and explained how to treat it in the future. So glad they found it before it got out of hand. They did wear protective covers on their feet. I would recommend your company to others. And thank you for the military discount.

******* and the crew were great. They then analyzed what needed to be done and why. After the go ahead, they got to work doing everything they said would be done. In just a few hours the house was finished. Happy that we chose ******************.
