Total bait and switch. I too received a flyer in the mail, advertising duct cleaning for $35.99. But when my estimate came out to ******, I was appalled. Got the estimate, paid $25 for them to leave and called out a different company. I filed a report with the *** and now here. As other people have stated, a discount coupon might *********************, instead of what they advertise as a whole duct system cleaning. Crew was very accommodating to us moving our animals around as they worked through the house. Crew also was respectful and identified we were wearing masks and wore theirs as well. Pricing was fully transparent albeit a bit higher than we expected it to be. Our house has quite a few ducts which understandably rose the price quite a bit. ******* and ***** did a very profesional job doing them ducks
****** and ***** came out 12/22/21. They were personable and VERY knowledgeable about the system! They looked at my system and explained what needed to be done. I end up having black mold and ****** and ***** took great care of removing it using their sanitizer in the ducts. My entire system is now clean along with my dryer vent! Im above cloud nine with happiness and great full that my daughter and I will be breathing better and cleaner air! You will not be disappointed scheduling a service call with this company!
