Awesome spot and great service
The process has always been very convenient very easy very simple very self-explanatory. Courtney was the one I was dealing with and I have dealt with her before in the past along with Crystal. But I've had no problems no issues here. Very convenient to get into the building using the code that's provided. It seems to be very safe very good area used to be rooms to Go. Staff is friendly and helpful, but 4 months into renting a unit here I get an email giving me 30 days notice of a rate increase from less than $100 a month to $210 a month. I can understand the need to raise rates, but to more than double the rate from one month to the next is absurd and bad business in my opinion.
