I want to give a huge thank you to Crystal and Wendy, the storage unit managers, for being so professional and welcoming. From the very start, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Both are knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of. The units themselves are excellent — they have lights inside, air conditioning. THE 2ND LEVEL IS COOLING MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE AND IS DECENT. THE RESTROOMS ARE CLEAN AND ALWAYS HAVE HANDSOAP AND PAPER TOWELS FOR ONE'S CONVENIENCE. CRYSTAL & WENDY ARE REALLY NICE, UPBEAT, AND HELPFUL TO ANY ISSUES I MIGHT HAVE REGARDING MY STORAGE UNIT AND FACILITY IN GENERAL. First off, the site manager Crystal was very polite, kind and helpful to me! The prices for climate control units are great. That was a plus as well. This is a new adventure and I'm grateful for this storage in helping to put things in order .
