RecommendedGreat and comfortable iiia vest i own both the concealed vest and the outer carrier. Used in EMS I have great range of motion. Only down side is even the improved straps for the concealed vest are sub par. The outer carrier is great in every way and i wind up using the straps from the outer carrier for the concealed vest.
I recently purchased one of Safe Life's soft class iiia vests. I work in the armed Security field. I can honestly say that the mobility that is achievable, combined with the side coverage and slash/stab proof aspects of the vest, make it a superb and superior choice for first responders of all type. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and in-town shop are altogether a welcome combination. The price point is extraordinarily low in comparison with like-type products, as well.
Received my vest Saturday after purchasing online on Thursday (only bought the carrier). It took some time figuring out the strap placement. I fell in love with vest nearly right away. Its very breathable, light and flexible. Now just buy new ballistic panels
After much anticipation, we have finally received our order of 22 first responder vests. Very impressed with the quality and comfort of the vests. Took a very long time to ship but to be expected when ordering a brand new product. I am disappointed that we never received the T-shirts we we're promised for the delayed delivery. All in all, very happy with the product.
