Delivery was on time! I pulled the vest out of the shipping box and put it on... Fit like a glove!!! I took a chance and used the sizing chart, was spot on. I ordered the concealable vest for $399.00 w/o the plates. I will be placing an order soon for the plates. VERY HAPPY with this purchase!!!
My apologies Nick for my delayed review but I have been beyond busy. Either way, the delay has let me use my vest a great deal, thus allowing me to properly review my purchase. I initially purchased the Level IIIA vest in medium. When it arrived, I was very impressed with the quality of the carrier, the ballistic panels, and how well and comfortable the vest fit on my body. Just got my vest with the added level IV chest plate. Fits perfectly and is comfortable. My order was time sensitive and Safe Life Defense customer service and shipping department is absolutely phenomenal! Got my order lightning fast! I purchased one of your vests when they first hit the market. I am very impressed. Although it hasn't had an opportunity to stop a bullet for me ( and I hope it never has to ) I feel confident that it will perform as advertised. And let me also say it is by far more comfortable than my other carrier that has ar-500 steel plates. The weight difference is unimaginable.
