I was greeted by a male who was very friendly and professional, then within 5 minutes Nick Groat steps out of his office to help assist. We spoke for about 5 minutes as in to what kind of work I do and what my needs are. The fact that the President of the company was there and assisting guest shows how committed and proud he is of the products they offer. Don't buy from them. I'm stuck with a $500 useless reminder taking up space in my closet because this company has terrible customer service. It arrived and the fit was too large, despite it being what the chart said. Totally understandable, it comes with the territory of ordering anything online. So I sent an email and got a response requesting pics of me in the vest. I emailed the pics and got no response. I called and got no help. very nice quality vest, fits well seems very well made, so far as advertised hopefully it will not be tested but I am pleased with my purchase.
