Mike was great! He was very detailed. I would for sure tell others to use him for their inspection. He made sure we understood everything and took a lot of time with us explaining everything.
Mike did a thorough job of evaluating the house we are purchasing and we walked away with a better understanding of what needed immediate attention. In our case all of the issues were relatively minor.

Mike was vert available and promptly ot there,did the job, and prepared his report. Checked and rechecked all items. He even volunteered to do it on a Sunday of a holidy weekend! He is professional and personable withouit being chatty. He was accomodating, much better attitude then several other competitors were that I had contacted. He came through in a pinch!

We had Mr. Mackay out for our home inspection, only to find that the water inside the home was left on and the house was flooded. He drove out for the appointment but was very understanding and we chose not to do the inspection due to safety concerns. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic. We will absolutely refer him and will call him in again in the future!
Mike offered an amazing Inspection, let me explain...Why! 1. Highly knowledgable. knows so much from plumbing to electrical to hearing/ cooling to carpentry. How...Mike used to build homes! 2. I asked 100 plus questions, he answered all of them. (I knew a few of the answers, and was testing his brilliance.) 3. Punctual. Arrived 10 min early. 4. Very professional, kind and respectful! 5.
