Mike MacKay scheduled the home inspection for the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He said he works around the most convenient times for his clients. Mike arrived exactly on time, which really impressed me. He performed a thorough inspection and clearly explained his findings. Mike McKay was the best inspector I've had experiences with after 3 moves using another company. He was thorough, friendly, took time to show me issues I didn't quite understand, accept and answered all questions from follow up phone calls and was friendly while being professional. Most of all, when he called me, he asked "Do you have time to talk"? All the others just started giving me a "commercial" on the phone. Asking that at a time when I was SO busy packing, meant a LOT.
We are first time home buyers and Safe Home Services was very helpful. Mike took the time to explain his findings to us and answered all of our questions. The report is very detailed and put together I'm a fashion that makes it easy to reference. We would highly recommend.
Mike did a very good job in really looking at everything. He showed us things and gave us tips to fix or maintain on top of it. We had a VERY high roof and he was able to get up there and give us great feedback.
