Our specialty is coffee roasting, creating a roast profile to match a client's specifications. We use 100% Specialty Grade Arabica coffees. Mike Safai, our Master Roaster, visits coffee farms to build direct relationships with coffee farmers. These mutual relationships help Mike understand the growing conditions and the farmer understand Mike's preferred coffee characteristics. This is the second time we've found ourselves here (right next door to the Highlands Tax Lady and it's THAT time of year!) Both times I got the Black Magic coffee and have loved it. But we intend to make a POINT to go back for a crepe! This coffee shop with benefits offers sweet or savory crepes, and it was mesmerizing watching the young lady swirl the batter on the crepe makers and work her magic. My favorite coffee shop! I can't get enough! Recently, I was given the opportunity to display eighteen pieces of my artwork! Some are in the front room and more on the back hallway. In addition, I will set up in the front room for Bardstown Road Aglow from 6-10 Saturday, December 3! Because of Safai, I am able to offer affordable gift ideas right in time for the holidays!
