Our specialty is coffee roasting, creating a roast profile to match a client's specifications. We use 100% Specialty Grade Arabica coffees. Mike Safai, our Master Roaster, visits coffee farms to build direct relationships with coffee farmers. These mutual relationships help Mike understand the growing conditions and the farmer understand Mike's preferred coffee characteristics. I loved the Black magic coffee! Wonderful staff that answered all my questions!
Great staff, great coffee, good deals on drinks, but the star of the shop would be the crepes.
The folks working here are awesome and the Black Magic is SO GOOD! Well done!
