Our specialty is coffee roasting, creating a roast profile to match a client's specifications. We use 100% Specialty Grade Arabica coffees. Mike Safai, our Master Roaster, visits coffee farms to build direct relationships with coffee farmers. These mutual relationships help Mike understand the growing conditions and the farmer understand Mike's preferred coffee characteristics. Has a great time making terrariums and wine tasting last night. The coffee smells amazing and the food looked great. Next time I’ll eat there too. Didn’t know they had food and drinks in addition to coffee and pastries.
Yesterday was my first time in, I was drawn by the sidewalk sign advising they have crêpes all day. My savory crêpe was made on the spot with all fresh ingredients, it was very good. My cup of coffee was exceptional. The decor is individual and the atmosphere is very pleasant.
Wonderfully kind and helpful staff. This place has the best peppermint mocha I've ever had! Also has a very nice pecan ale, very suitable for fall weather.
i was visiting my sister in louisville took me have coffee the morning of my flight back to San Diego i was expecting a starbucks kind of coffee shop but i was totally wrong it is a unique coffee shop, from the art on walls to customer service just the ambience was great and have to try their crepes they got tons i tried their mexican sunrise crepe was great not many mexican people in louisville but mexican sunrise crepe was amazing and a tribute to my mexican heritage and culture definitely a place to have coffee breakfast ... read more
