Purchased a condensate drain pan on Oct. 14 A.M. order #3687. Paid extra for 3 day shipping via ups. According to saez website, order was fulfilled on Oct 15th am. Received no tracking # from saez. Called on Oct 16th in pm, to internet sales. Was told ups failed to pickup item and that someone had just taken my order to the ups store and I would be receiving a tracking number shortly, (LIE).No tracking # received. Fox don't buy any Ducane A/c from Saez their customer service is not good at all I been waiting more than four month for parts under warranty and still haven't show up every time I call or my technitian always is an excuse I paid hundress of dollars to re charge my unit waiting for my parts
