EXCELLENT, FAST THOROUGH SERVICE ! Memo came and fixed a gigantic HIDDEN LEAK from the 2nd floor. We would have had more damage.. but it was QUICKLY IDENTIFIED, and COPPER PIPE PUNCTURE WAS REPLACED QUICKLY. Memo and Saddleback Plumbing deserves 10+++ STARS !!!

John Prosser is an amazing, dedicated and knowledgeable employee at Saddleback Plumbing. We had an emergency water heater issue that required immediate attention. John initially performed some trouble-shooting and determined that the leak was due to an old, mechanically worn-out water heater that required replacement.
