I was very disappointed in the care my son received in the ER. It's sad to see nurses not educated on intact care on an infant. After the doctor came into my room the nurse greeted us in a very aggressive way arguing with me on how to care for my son. I recommended the nurse to check out the AAP guidelines for proper care. I went out to the nurses station only to find her mocking me. This all could have been avoided if she could have done as the doctor asked her to do with no questions asked. Yesterday was a crazy day but I certainly will say that the ER staff was on point. They were quick to help my loved one. They got her the test she needed promptly and made her feel so comfortable. Nurse Narisa was amazing her bed side manner is spot on. What stood out most was her patience when dealing with my mom. The wonderful team of gentlemen with patient Transportation was also so polite and gentle with my mother. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart.

I was new in town last year and chose Dr. Brandhorst as my primary care provider. She has been attentive and helpful throughout my health care process.
My mother is in your hospital in Pensacola now. She was admitted but stayed in the ER for over 12 hrs waiting on a bed on the floor which is understandable with it being flu season but they promised her a hospital bed 3 hrs prior to me coming in to see her only to find her sitting up on a small exam stool on wheels because her back was killing her from the ER gurney. Their ER staff. HORRIBLE!
Only if it is the closest hospital and you don't have a choice. They discharge people too soon. The register online so you don't have to wait in the waiting room thing is bs. Made an appointment for 1800 at 1615 and my mom is still waiting in the ER waiting room at 1928. Even after her private care Sacred Heart DR told us to come here.
