We spent over 5 hours in the ER at Sacred Heart on Sunday. The nurse spent the majority of her time standing just outside my husband's room discussing party plans for that evening and asking people to pose for selfies with her. When I asked her what specifically they were running labs for, she replied, "lactic something". Later I asked to speak to the charge nurse. The physicians we have had that work with Sacred have been wonderful. This morning had an experience overhearing the next beds nurse complain about being called to see if she wanted to work. Another smelled of cigarette smoke. Just not something you want to smell ever much less when you are on an empty stomach.
Totally amazed at Sacred Heart for the respect for their veterans that pass away in their care!!!!! Taps, flag covering loved one and hallways lined with doctors, employees &guests all the way to the ready hearse. Chills and overwhelmed with pride! Way to go Sacred Heart for giving our most respected the fair well they deserve!
In 2017 I was overdosed in the ER which caused my heart to stop. Even though I was revived I ended up spending 9 days in the ICU. During which time they failed to give me my regular blood pressure medication which caused me to lose kidney function. Consequently I ended up back on dialysis after being off for two years. Sacred heart is trash. Dr Baldwin is a joke!!! They running test on stuff that had nothing to do with my complaint & did nothing to address my complaint.. that Er is a joke . Look at my pathetic doctor excuse they gave me that look like I typed it up myself. No name of the hospital or contact # or nothing just horrible
