if I could leave a star review it would be more understable. The childrens ER is excellent before I start this. They treated my boys very well. On the other hand I will be going to West Florida ER for myself next time. The first time I went I was having a cyst that was rupturing, the doctor then treated me well, that was the only time I saw him and I wish I could remember his name because he is the only one there that was empathetic and caring. Sacred Heart is the only hospital that I trust for all of my health needs.
7 hour wait in the ER. This is crazy. Was referred by the urgent care from the Sacred Heart system. Compassion from the staff....NOPE!
If I could give it 0 stars I would; this place is a complete death trap. I’ve had all my previous healthcare done at Vanderbilt in Nashville so of course I do have higher standards on healthcare. I was misdiagnosed multiple times. I ended up leaving the Sacred Heart ER and went straight to Vanderbilt (yes, I drove 6 hours) because they were not professional or equipped enough to deal with specialized patients such as myself. I know I will NEVER step foot back in the hospital again.

Been waiting 7 hrs with a hole in the stomach and still waiting that is an emergency not theses people here with tooth aches
The staff where all Professional and everyone was very helpful overall it was a very pleasant experience.
